Gym Program

The use of our gym is offered to continue your home exercise program upon discharge, or to embark on your fitness journey. This is an independent exercise program, but our staff is always here to assist you! Gym use is available during regular hours of operation, with no long-term contracts.

You choose if you want to pay month-to-month, or in 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, or 12-month increments. Paying in blocks of months in advance offers savings opportunities, but are not required. Contact your office to find out more.
