Welcome

We are located in the heart of New Fairfield, at the corner of Routes 37 and 39. Our facility offers 2,900 square feet of space, two private treatment rooms and a newly equipped and expanded gym. The building is shared with New Fairfield Family Practice.

Our staff has extensive training in McKenzie Mechanical diagnosis and treatment, vestibular dysfunction, vertigo, orthopedics, neurology, and sports medicine.

This location also offers Massage Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Weight Management Classes, and independent Phase IV and fitness programs.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Saturday: 7am-12 noon
(May close some holidays & weekends)
