Welcome

Located near the four corners in Brookfield, this state of the art facility features an open, friendly atmosphere. Our unique rehabilitation center offers a bright, spacious, well equipped gym, along with private treatment rooms. The building is shared with orthopedic surgeons and Performance Pediatric Therapy.

Our experienced and professional staff, although predominantly orthopedic, also specializes in McKenzie Mechanical diagnosis and treatment, pediatric, geriatric, sports medicine and women’s health.

We have a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist on staff as well as offering massage therapy and phase 4 independent fitness programs/memberships.

Hours of Operation:

Monday and Wednesday: 7am-8:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30am-8pm
Friday: 6:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 7am-12 noon
(May close some holidays & weekends)
